I am Chef V, graduate of Le Cordon Bleu- chef specializing in restaurant-style cuisine with a healthy twist. I'm currently the private chef for #33, Myles Turner of the Indiana Pacers NBA team. I have a passion for creating nourishing, delicious food that promotes wellness and healthy lifestyles. I love showing my clients that healthy food can be flavorful, yet still nutritious.
My experience with cooking began at a young age when I helped my mom prepare meals for our family. Being in the kitchen was always a source of inspiration and creativity for me.
Over the years, I've gained an expertise in preparing meals from scratch with quality ingredients. My goal is to redefine what healthy eating means and show people that you can eat healthy without sacrificing flavor. As the private chef for Myles Turner, I strive to create restaurant quality food from any global kitchen, I literally travel the world with my client. Additionally, I'm always experimenting with new techniques and flavors to keep things interesting.
Cooking has been my life's passion, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to share it with others.

As a professional athlete, it is essential to make healthy and nutritious eating a priority in order to reach peak performance. Eating a balanced diet that is rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats can help to fuel your body with the nutrients needed for energy and recovery.

The Soul Food Bowl was inspired by a dish made by Chef Kenny Gilbert - What's a soul food bowls? Smoked turkey, braised collards & kale, cornbread dressing, heirloom quinoa & brown rice, brown sugar yams, slow cooked beans and smoke turkey all topped with a spiced cranberry hot sauce. (Don't be surprised when you see Chef MiMi j. drop this hot sauce on you!)
